All Idaho Lacrosse

Our Coaching Philosophy welcomes all interested coaches currently involved with the college, high school and youth levels who share the passion for greater lacrosse in Idaho.  For each age bracket we will strive to match the most experienced coaches with the appropriate age groups so as to provide the highest level of instruction and motivation.  We’ll also work toward the goal of pairing coaches from various teams so as to create an objective playing atmosphere.   Our coaches will be required and encouraged to participate with the Positive Coaching Alliance programs as well as attend all Coaching conferences.  We believe that coaching is also more than just knowing the game but also teaching good sportsmanship, fair play and life skills.  We will welcome and recruit all that may have interest and will not discriminate on any level.
