Players Commitment
The Players commitment to the team will be essential. Players will be expected to attend 75-80% of all the practices that are scheduled unless otherwise approved by board. We understand that players have other commitments such as school, vacation or other team sports. We encourage all these commitments but ask that before a player accepts a spot on one of the All Idaho Lacrosse team that they do have the time to dedicate to be part of the team. The philosophy of All Idaho Lacrosse is one of inclusiveness and passion. To be able to keep the fees low and the commitments high, we will at the first parent meeting require that the first half (1/2) of the venue fees to be paid and these will become non-refundable. The second half of the fees will be due no later than 30 days before scheduled travel. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen (injury, family tragedy, etc.) between the time a player commits and scheduled travel but for the team to travel affordably we must be able to have minimum numbers (See spreadsheet). Refunds will be reviewed based on individual merit and whether the open spot can be filled by an alternate.
